6 Eggs
6 C. Flour
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ C. Fresh squeezed orange juice
¼ C. Real butter
1 ¼ C. Sugar
¼ C. Oil

1 Egg for wash
½ C. Milk for wash
Yellow raisins to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Sugar to taste

Preheat oven to 350º
Grease cookie sheet (works best with cooking spray, but butter works just as good)

1 - In a small bowl mix cinnamon and sugar and set aside (For inside of cookie)
2 - Combine 1 egg and 1 C. Sugar and beat until well mixed Set aside

3 - In a large bowl mix Sugar, Baking powder and flour and mix well
4 - In a separate bowl, mix eggs, oil, orange juice, and melted butter and mix well

5 - While mixing the wet ingredients (in a mixer) slowly add the dry ingredients.
6 - Once the mixture becomes a dough, roll the dough onto a floured board and knead. (should look like a bread dough)

7 - Take silver dollar size rolls out of the dough and roll it out to be approximately the size the top of a cup.
8 - Add the cinnamon sugar to the top of the dough covering it almost to the edges.
9 - Add yellow raisins to one side (approximately 3 to 4 raisins) and roll the dough like a Croissant
10 - Bring the ends towards each other to form "C"
11 - Brush on the milk and egg wash (Can be substituted with the Orange Juice) over the top and sprinkle with more cinnimon sugar. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown
