2 Jars Junior Carrot Baby Food
2 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1 1/4 Cup Oil

Frosting:
1/2 Cup Butter
4 oz. Cream Cheese
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Ground Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together Baby Food, sugar and eggs. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture. Add oil. Bake in a 9"x13" pan at 350º for 30 minutes.

Mix together all ingredients for frosting until smooth. Frost cooled cake.
