1 c. wild rice (not quick cooking)
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef consommé
1 small can sliced mushrooms
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a casserole dish. For olive oil, simply swirl some in - maybe 2 T.
You don't even have to stir the ingredients, but do that if you like.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until done. Depending on your oven temperature, could be 30-60 minutes. When liquid is absorbed, it's done.
