2 cups sugar
2 blocks of soft butter
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa
Dash of salt
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of pecans or walnuts


Topping
1/3 cup of milk
1/3 cup of cocoa
1/2 block of butter
1 box of powdered sugar
Miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Blend well sugar, soft butter, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
Add vanilla, cocoa, and dash of salt. Mix well.
Mix in flour.
Add pecans or walnuts and mix.
Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.


Topping

Add milk, cocoa, butter,and powdered sugar.
Mix until smooth.
Arrange miniature marshmallows to cover hot cake.
Pour topping over marshmallows while everything is still hot.
Cool and then remove from cake.

Personal Notes:
I sift cocoa and flour.
Soften butter for topping.
I use a little less of cocoa because I like light chocolate.
I pour a little milk at a time in the topping to get the right consistency.
