2¼ c. flour, divided
1¼ c. sugar, divided
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
2 sticks of butter
2 egg yolks
4 c. sliced apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. powdered sugar
1½ Tbsp. milk

GLAZE:
Mix powdered sugar and milk to form a glaze-drizzle over apple bars.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine 2 c. flour, ½ c. sugar, baking powder and salt.
2. Cut in butter until crumbs are pea size.
3. Stir in egg yolks.
4. Press ½ of crumb mixture in a greased 9 x13 inch dish.
5. In a large bowl with a lid, combine apples, remaining flour, sugar and cinnamon.
6. Shake apple mixture until apples are thoroughly coated.
7. Place apple mixture over crust mixture in dish.
8. Sprinkle remaining flour mixture over apples.

Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
