3 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves of garlic
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
7 oz. cooked Spaghetti
3 c. chopped chicken
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
¼ c. dry white wine
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 oz. diced pimentos-drained
½ c. grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sauté bell pepper and onion until tender.
2. Stir in flour; cook stirring constantly for 1 minute.
3. Gradually stir in milk.
4. Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly-stir constantly.
5. Stir in pasta, chicken, ¾ c. cheddar cheese and next 8 ingredients.
6. Spoon into lightly greased 9 x13 inch dish.

Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with remaining ¼ c. cheddar cheese, bake 5 minutes.
