1 whole roasting chicken cut up into quarters.

Whole chicken, butchered into quarters (I like doing it myself than buy already done
Rinsed, dried with paper towels, place in big casserole dish in one layer. Drizzle olive oil, garlic powder, ground pepper, no salt seasoning (I like Costco 21 no salt seasoning), paprika.  Both sides.  Cover and refrigerate for however long.  Then take it out and let sit for about 20 - 30 min.  Line baking sheet with foil and pan spray.  Lay pieces and stick in oven for 90 min at 350 degrees and fagettaboutit. 
Then if not crispy enough just stick under the broiler for a bit.  Easy peasy.
