1 cup sifted powdered sugar (icing sugar)

2 tsp corn syrup

1 tsp grated lemon rind

4 1/2 to 5 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Yellow food colour (optional)

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix icing sugar, corn syrup and lemon rind. Stir in lemon juice until desired consistency.

Do not pour lemon juice all at once; start at 4 tsp and continue as needed. Tint with 1 to 2 drops yellow

food colour if desired.
