Use Gerry's Spaghetti Sauce recipe for tiala sauce.

For Zucchini Tiala, you will need a couple of zucchinis and potatoes. For Fish Tiala, you will need white fish - cod is good. For both tialas, oil, Italian bread crumbs, and grated parmesan cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

For Zucchini Tiala - Slice potatoes and zucchini. To save cooking time, you can steam veggies so partially cooked - not mushy. Using a 9 x 13 inch pan, pour a little oil in bottom of pan. Add thin layer of sauce, scantily add bread crumbs, sprinkle parmesan cheese, layer of zucchini, and layer of potatoes. Continue layering until pan is nearly full, ending with sauce and parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes or until appears to be cooked through and light browning of cheese on top.

For Fish Tiala - Using a 9 x 13 inch pan, pour a little oil in bottom of pan. Add thin layer of sauce (use less sauce in fish tiala than in zucchini tiala), scantily add bread crumbs, sprinkle parmesan cheese, layer of fish. Continue layering until pan is nearly full, ending with sauce and parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes or until appears to be cooked through and light browning of cheese on top.
