3 large Spanish Onions
1 lb. sausage
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. seasoned bread cubes
onion, celery
1 stick margarine
salt, pepper, paprika
2 chicken bullion cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil onion halves until tender. Make stuffing: saute onions, celery, & bouillon in margarine. Add to bread cubes, mix & add milk if additional moisture is needed. Cook sausage. Drain. Remove center part of onions, chop & add to dressing. Place onions in baking dish. Make stuffing balls & place in onions. Pour cream of chicken soup over onions. Dust with paprika. Cover & bake at 350 for about 30-45 minutes.
