8 Pork Chops or 2 lb. Spare Ribs
1½ Cup Vinegar
½ Cup Water
½ Cup Catsup
1 Tsp Salt
1 Onion Chopped
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
⅛ Tsp. Red Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients for sauce in pan. Boil slowly for 15 minutes. Place chops or ribs in deep bowl and cover with sauce. Let set for a few hours or overnight. Set oven to 375º and bake until tender.
