12 Large Cucumbers
5 Medium Onions
1 Bunch Celery
2 Large Pods Banana Pepper
1 Large Green Pepper
2 Tablespoons salt
1 Pint Vinegar
3 Cups Sugar
1 Tablespoon Mustard Seed (May want to use less)
2 Teaspoons Tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all vegetables fine. Mix 2 Tablespoons salt with chopped vegetables. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. Drain off water. Pack in jars. (Not tight) Mix together the remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Pour in jars. Put lids on. Place in pressure canner - 5 lbs Pressure - As soon as it begins too jingle - Cut off heat.
