3 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoons rice vinegar
2 (7-8 oz.) salmon filets – about 3//4 inch thick

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, mustard, and soy sauce in a medium bowl. Whisk to blend. Transfer 1 tablespoon of glaze to a small bowl; mix in rice vinegar and set aside.
Brush 1 side of salmon filets generously with glaze in medium bowl. Place salmon, glazed side down onto barbecue grill. Grill about 5 minutes. Brush top side of salmon with remaining glaze in medium bowl. Turn salmon over and grill until salmon is just opaque in center, about 5 minutes longer. Transfer salmon to plate.
Drizzle reserved glaze in small bowl over salmon and serve.
