2 cups french bread cubes
1/2 cup toasted walnuts
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup Swiss or Gruyere cheese grated
1 tbsp fresh dill minced
1 onion chopped
3 tbsp butter
3 - 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. Swiss cheese grated
1/3 cup whipping cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 eggs
8 oz. Smoked Salmon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Combine first 5 ingredients in food processor. Press into bottom and sides of spring form pan, Refrigerate

Saute onion in butter, cream cheese. Add onion cheese whipped cream, salt and pepper. Add eggs one at a time beating briefly after each addition. Fold in Salmon. Pour into crust.

Bake for 45 minutes
