4 cups rolled oats
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. baking soda
pinch salt
4 cups buttermilk. Ann said (sometimes I use plain yogurt or vanilla and no sugar)
4 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup ( 1 stick) butter melted
2 tea vanilla

Directions:

Mix liquid ingredients with dry and let batter stand 30-45 minutes. Do not blend in additional liquids. Batter will thicken.
Brown on both sides and serve with ligonberries if you choose!!!
