Chicken (drumsticks and thighs)
Onion (chopped)
3-4 Chicken Bouillon cubes
Salt
Pepper
Flour
Oil or Grease

Directions:
Directions:
Pull chicken skin off, rinse and dry, salt, pepper and flour each pieces. Brown in a small amount of oil/grease. Cut up onion, add to meat, cover with water and add boullions. COVER and cook for 1 hour. Remove chicken and save sauce for dumplings.
 

Dumplings


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. (Will be stiff)

Boil tsp. drops for 10 minutes in salted water from chicken.
