Ingredients:  
2 tbsp. chopped fine green peppers
2 tbsp. chopped fine green onions
2 tbsp. milk
½ cup sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese (soften)
3 oz. bag of corned beef
Dash of pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except corned beef, let sit for awhile
Cut corned beef into small pieces and add the mixture
Bake at 350º for 15- 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers or party rye.
