6 oz fresh linguine ( Contedina in refrigerated section)
6 oz fresh spinach linguine ( Contedina )
2 T olive oil
8 oz boneless chicken breast, chopped into large pieces
1/8 t chopped garlic
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 oz sliced sundried tomatoes ( I use about 1/4 cup)
4 T dry white wine
1 cup chicken broth
2 oz heavy cream (1/4 cup)
2 T butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 oz grated fresh Parmesan cheese ( 1/2 cup)

Directions:
Have a large pot of salted water boiling on the burner. Heat a large sauté pan on med- high heat with the oil. Once hot, add chicken. Cook 2 min until pieces start to brown. While chicken is cooking, add pasta to boiling water. Add garlic to chicken and stir. Add mushrooms and tomatoes and cook 1 min. Add wine and stir until almost all the wine has evaporated. Add chicken broth, cream, and simmer until thickened. Add butter, salt and pepper. Drain pasta once cooked and add to chicken. Finish with grated cheese and serve immediately
