8 oz cream cheese
8 oz block sharp cheddar cheese shredded
16 oz sour cream
4 oz chopped green chili's (mild)
8 oz (1/2 of large package) chopped fine.

Directions:
Directions:
Chop meat into fine pieces and mix with remaining ingredients. Can be done in food processor - chop meat first in processsor then add remaining items. Mix only until combined. Best if made a day or two before baking and refrigerated.

Bake in pan or hollowed out round bread loaf for 90 min at 275. Serve with thinly sliced baguette bread slices or Fritos
