3 lb. corned beef brisket with spice packet
1/2 head cabbage, quartered
4 carrots, peeled and quartered
8 new potatoes, halved
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
3 cps. water
6 oz. beer

Directions:
Directions:
Place carrots, potatoes, onion and celery in bottom of crockpot. Place brisket on top of vegetables and add water. Pour beer over beef and sprinkle with spices. Cover and cook on high 4 hours or low 7 hours. 1 hour before ready to serve, add cabbage to crockpot and continue cooking for 1 more hour.
