Ingredients:  
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
Juice of one lemon
1T liquid smoke
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 cup soy sauce
2T worcheshire sauce
Any size flank steak/London broil or chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Combine well and soak meat overnight for Beef, or at least 2 hours for chicken. Grill to desired doneness for Beef or until juices run clear for chicken
