This recipe comes from the Famous Amalfi Boutique Hotel in Chicago where Ed and I spent our 24th anniversary. The hotel served these FREE at their happy hour. Needless to say it was lucky we were staying on the same floor as we would have never found our room. When we make these we say someone always ends up naked lol....now theres another story. The Amalfi Hotel is now the Kinzie Hotel and we don't know if they still serve these.
