2 1/4 C flour
3/4 C white sugar
1 C brown sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
3/4 C Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
mix the above & take out 3/4 C then mix with 1/2 C chopped nuts & 2 tsp cinnamon for the topping. Add to the first mixture 1 C buttermilk & 1 tsp baking soda and 1 egg well beaten. Pour into greased pie or cake pan & sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. This will make 2 round cake or pie pans. Glaze immediately after removal from the oven with 1 C powdered sugar mixed with enough water to make a runny consistency.
