1 10" unbaked pie crust
1 1/4 C shredded cheddar cheese
2 T flour
1 1/2 C light cream
5 eggs beaten
8 oz crab meat, flaked (canned is good)
1/2 C white onion slices

Directions:
Directions:
Toss cheese with flour in large zip lock bag, in mixing bowl add eggs, cream, crab and onion then add the flour and cheese mixture.

Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 for one hour or until firm.
