1/4 C packed brown sugar
1/4 C broken nuts such as pecans or walnuts
1 T whiskey
1 15 oz wheel of Brie cheese

Directions:
Directions:
stir together the first 3 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate up to one week. Place Brie in pie pan, Bake at 500 degrees for 4-5 minutes or until slightly softened. Sprinkle whiskey mixture on top and bake 2-3 minutes more or until sugar is melted and cheese is heated through but not melted. I slide the brine off the top of the cheese before putting in oven.
