2 cps. buttermilk
1 cp. white self-rising cornmeal
2 Tbsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Heat oil in iron skillet. Mix ingredients in bowl, pour hot oil in batter and stir. Pour batter into hot skillet, place back in oven and bake until golden brown, 20-30 min.
