1 lb. dried black eye peas, rinsed
1 ham bone with some meat still on
1 can chicken broth
4-5 cps. water
1 chopped onion
2 tsp. salt

Put all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on high 8 hours or overnight. Serve with cornbread and have a HAPPY NEW YEAR!
