3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
4 cups diced rhubarb

Topping:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan.
In a large bowl, stir together sugars, baking soda, salt, and 2 cups flour. Stir in beaten eggs and sour cream until smooth, then fold in rhubarb. Pour into prepare pan and spread evenly. In a smaller bowl, stir together sugars and butter until smooth, stir in 1/4 cup flour and cinnamon, until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle the mixture on top of cake
Bake in preheated oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. About 45 minutes.

Yummy. Very moist cake with crunchy topping. Don't cover tightly, so topping stays crunchy.
