1 sheet frozen puff pastry
1 T. butter
1/2 c. walnuts
1/8 t. cinnamon
1 8oz. wheel Brie
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
Wheat Thins or Water Crackers for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost puff pastry for 15-20 minutes
In a saucepan, melt butter and saute walnuts until golden brown, approx. 5 minutes. Add cinnamon. Place Brie in a pie plate. Place walnut mixture on top of Brie and sprinkle over the brown sugar. Lay sheet of puff pastry over top and tuck edges under Brie. Brush top and sides with beaten egg. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes until pastry is golden brown.
