1 Cup Butter (Softened)
½ Cup Shortening
2 Cups Sugar (1 white, 1 brown)
2 Eggs
2 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
¾ Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
½ Tsp Salt
2 Cups Peanut Butter Chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl cream the butter, shortening and sugar together.
Beat in vanilla and eggs.
Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually mix into the butter mixture.
Place batter in fridge for an hour.
Drop rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 -10 minutes.
Allow to cool at least 1 minute before moving to cooling rack.
