2 sticks margarine

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

2 cups flour

1 Tablespoon baking soda

1/2 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 cups Quarker Oats

6 oz semisweet chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cream the butter and sugars by hand

Add eggs and mix well

Add dry ingredients and mix well

Add oatmeal and vanilla extract then chocolate chips

Use small ice cream scooper to scoop out dough balls for cookie sheet

Bake at 350 for 8 minutes
