1 8oz. pkg whole wheat macaroni (elbow or shell)
1 8oz. pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 12oz. container small curd cottage cheese
1 cup Greek Yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
1 chopped onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
½ cup crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350’, cook macaroni per pkg. instructions and drain.
2. Sauté onion & garlic in a splash of oil until tender. If available, add a splash of Maggi liquid seasoning.
2. In 9x13 baking dish, stir together macaroni, cheeses, yogurt, onions, garlic, salt and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and melted butter. Sprinkle topping over macaroni mixture.
4. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until top is golden. (20 minutes covered, 10-15 uncovered)
