1 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
1 dash of salt
2 egg whites, unbeaten
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, water, car of tarter, and salt in sauce pan. Bring to a boil stirring until sugar dissolves.
Very slowly add sugar syrup to unbeaten egg whites in mixing bowl... beat constantly for 7 minutes. Beat in vanilla.
Ice layer cake, sheet cake, or 24 cupcakes.
