4 Cups Colby Jack or Cheddar Cheese, grated
4 Eggs, well beaten
3 Green Onions and tops, Minced
4 Jalapenos (canned), Stemmed, Seeded and Finely Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients; mix well and spread evenly into a Pam sprayed 8 inch square baking dish. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Let cool and either cut into 1" squares and serve or freeze whole and cut when thawed. It is much tastier after freezing. Yields 64 delicious hors de oeuvres.
