3 c. All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 T. vanilla extract
2 c. mashed bananas
2 c. unpeeled, shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder in a bowl. Set aside. Combine oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat well. Stir in bananas and zucchini. Add flour mixture, stirring until moistened. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.

Pour batter into 2 greased and floured(I spray with Pam) loaf pans. (I usually make 1 large loaf and 4 small loaves for gifts). Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
