1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. butter
2 cups flour
2 tsp garlic spice
6 chicken thighs with skin

½ cup milk
1 tsp salt
½ whipping cream
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan on medium heat, take the oil and butter and go once around the pan with both.

In a bowl mix together flour and garlic spice.
Rinse chicken off and dip in flour mixture. Put chicken in the pan to brown.

Preheat the oven to 350. After chicken is browned place in oven for one hour.

Gravy

Whisk 2 cups of water in the pan you cooked the chicken in. Add ½ cup flour before it gets too hot. While whisking add ½ cup milk, salt and the whipping cream. Keep whisking while it thickens up. Add thickened gravy to chicken in the oven and let bake for an hour.
