1 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts [I used pecans]
1/4 cup. butter

1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip

3 oz. instant butterscotch pudding mix
3 oz. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups milk

Melt butter, mix with flour and nuts. Pat in 9 x 12 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool

Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.

Combine the butterscotch pudding and vanilla pudding with milk in a separate bowl and spread over cream cheese mixture.

Spread Cool Whip (or freshly whipped cream later) on top and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

Someone gave me some Jello-brand butterscotch pudding and I tried it with this recipe at one of our ELM Senior Dinners. I have also used vanilla pudding and fresh bananas, or the traditional chocolate.
