1-2 lb. flank steak
1/4 cp. cornstarch
3/4 cp. water
1/2 cp. soy sauce
1/4 cp. brown sugar
3 green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge steak in cornstarch and place in large resealable plastic bag. Stir rest of ingreadients together and pour into bag with steak. Refrigerate overnight or place in freezer until ready to cook. Empty thawed contents of bag into slow cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Great served with mashed potatoes.
