2/3 c heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp brandy
1 tsp Grand Marnier
1/4 c sugar
2 T sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Refrigerate a medium size bowl and beaters of electric mixer until very cold. Combine cream, vanilla, brandy, and Grand Marnier in bowl and beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Add sugar and sour cream and beat on medium speed just until soft peaks form, about 3 minutes. Be careful not to overbeat.
