1 pound ground beef
¾ cup seasoned bread crumbs
¼ cup grated cheese (Romano)
3 eggs
2 tbsp parsley
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 slice of wet bread- squeeze out excess water.

•Mix all ingredients
•Wet hand and roll into balls.
•Fry in oil until brown or bake for a healthier version.
