30 slices of sandwich bread (white or whole wheat)
¾ c. of butter, softened
3 c. of shredded cooked chicken breast
¾ c. of Buffalo wing sauce
27 slices of cheddar cheese
Ranch dressing for the side (optional)

Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place sheet pan in oven as it heats. Cut crusts off each slice of bread
Butter 1 side of each slice of bread. Place 15 slices of bread butter side down on hot sheet pan.
In large bowl, place chicken; pour wing sauce over chicken. Stir to coat.
Top bread with half of the cheddar cheese slices.
Spread chicken over cheese.
Place remaining slices of cheese over chicken.
Top with remaining pieces of bread, butter sides up.
Bake about 15 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Serve with ranch sauce on the side (optional).
