2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. (6 oz.) chicken flavored Stove Top Stuffing mix
1 C. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 C. melted butter or margarine
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach; drain & squeeze out excess liquid. Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly & roll into 1 1/2" balls. Place balls on cookie sheet & freeze. After frozen, place into zip-lock freezer bags. To bake, place frozen balls on cookie sheet & bake 10-15 min. at 350º. (7-10 min. if fresh or thawed)
