Ingredients:  
1 (18-20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 packages apricot jello
8 oz cream cheese
1 large or 2 small jars apricot baby food (I have only been able to find apricot/pear)
2 tbsp cooked tapioca (or, get the baby food with tapioca in it)
3/4 cup sugar
2 envelopes Dream Whip, prepared per package instructions
1 cup crushed walnuts, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat pineapple until hot. Add jello and tapioca and heat to dissolve. Let cool.
With a mixer, cream together the cream cheese, sugar and baby food.
Whip Dream Whip, add jello and cheese mixture.
Pour into 9" x 13" pan.
Top with nuts.
Refrigerate.
