2 cups of Bisquick
⅔ cup of milk
⅓ cup of water
3 eggs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 cans (7 oz each) tuna, drained
½ cup shredded cheese (Mamaw uses cheddar)
1 TBS chopped onion
¼ cup chopped pimento
⅓ cup chopped celery

Tuna Sauce:
½ cup of milk
⅔ cup of water
2 TBS Bisquick
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease square pan (9x9x2). Blend first 6 ingredients, beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Mix in 1½ cans of tuna, ¼ cup of cheese, onion, pimento and celery. Spread in prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top. Bake 30-40 minutes. Make Tuna Sauce. Gradually add milk and water to Bisquick. then add salt, pepper and the remaining ½ cup of tuna. Heat to boiling and boil for 1 minute. Serve over the tuna squares.
