1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder

2 tbsp onion powder

2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, dry milk powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a medium size bowl; cut in butter until crumbly. Cover; store in refrigerator or freezer.

TO USE;
Cook 2 cups vegetables in 1/2 cup water until just tender.

Sprinkle in 3 tbsp Cream Sauce Mix and stir until sauce thickens. Vegetables can be seasoned with 3/4 tsp. dried herbs; oregano with peas; basil with beans; dill with carrots. If you have fresh herbs use 2 tsp chopped for each 2 cups vegetables
