4 (6-inch) corn tortillas
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded
1 medium sized onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. cumin
2 cans (14 ½ oz. each) chicken broth
1 can (14 ½ oz.) diced tomatoes or rotel, undrained
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, undrained
4 tsp. fresh cilantro
1 lime juiced

Toppings: sour cream, cheese, diced avocado, green onions, as desired

Preheat oven to 400º. Cut tortilla into ½-inch strips and bake for 7-8 minutes or until crisp. Meanwhile, cook onion and garlic over medium-heat heat until translucent. Add in cumin and chili powder. Stir in broth, tomatoes, and green chilies. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes. Turn off heat and add in cilantro and lime juice. Serve with tortilla strips and desired toppings.
