3 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk
4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cps. heavy cream, whipped
1 cp. crushed Oreo cookies
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat the egg yolks, stir in the condensed milk and vanilla. Fold in the whipped cream and cookie crumbs. Pour mixture into a loaf pan, cover and freeze for at least 6 hours. Scoop into bowls and serve, drizzles with chocolate syrup if you like. (Don't be afraid of raw eggs...Paula and I have been making ice cream like this all of our lives!)
