2 eggs
1 cup salad oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups sugar
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
4 cups sliced Johnathan apples
1 cup walnuts, optional

FROSTING:
2 6oz pkg cream cheese
3 Tbs margarine, softened
1 Tbs vanilla
1½ cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease 9x13 inch baking pan. Beat till light eggs, add oil and vanilla, beat until blended. Add sugar, beat. Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon, beat for about 30 seconds. Add apples and chopped nuts.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool

Frosting: Combine all frosting ingredients and beat until creamy. Spread over cooled cake.
