8 cup very finly chopped cabbage (1 head)
¼ cup shredded carrot
2 Tbsp minced onion
⅓ cup granualted sugar
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
¼ cup milk
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup buttermilk
1½ Tbsp white vinegar
2½ tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the cabbage, carrots and onion into very fine pieces. (NOT REQUIRED)

Combine the sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar and lemon juice, and beat until smooth.

Add the cabbage, carrots and onions. Mix well.

Be absolutely certain the coleslaw sits in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours prior to serving.
