1 (8 ounce) package dried Apricots, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package pitted Dates, chopped
2 1/2 Cups Brazil Nuts, chopped
1 Cup Red & Green Maraschino Cherries, chopped
1 Cup Red & Green Candied Pineapple, chopped
3/4 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

--Preheat Oven 325º
--Put papers in muffin pans

--Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
--Spoon into paper lined wells.

--Bake 25 minuted or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

(For mini muffin pans: Bake 20 minutes)
